KATINA JONES
Expertise & Skills
In 1991 Katina developed and trained South Australias most successful sales/marketing team for a leading international company. It was at this time that Katina recognised the need for a development and training centre focusing on the skills required for a sustainable future in a rapidly changing world, thus founding EQUALS International Pty Ltd. Almost 20 years years on, EQUALS International has been established in Asia, Europe, Americas, Africa and the Middle East.
Among other appointments, Katina has served on Australia's Executive Committee for UNIFEM (United Nations Development Fund for Women) for three years and currently works with Rotary International training incoming governors from around the globe.
Katina was South Australia's first female District Governor and served in 2004 / 2005, Rotarys Centennial year. Prior to this, Katina served as a Club President and Assistant District Governor in District 9500.
In 2006 Katina was invited to work with Rotary International as an International Trainer for Governors around the world.
Katina is an entrepreneurial, creative and dynamic professional with proven and extensive experience in Business Management and Leadership, Diversity and Gender Awareness, Consultation and Problem Solving. She demonstrates drive, enthusiasm and most critically, the ability to successfully action innovative ideas.
Having established successful businesses throughout Australia, Katina is now focusing on furthering the international expansion of EQUALS including her new businesses, Aspects of Healing, Adelaides first Integrative Health Centre and Marex Distributions which specializes in the distribution of Ayurvedic health products.

William Jones has several years experience in the education and IT industries, specialising in client relationships and conflict resolution.
He brings a diverse skill set to his Director role at the Centre, most notably in IT operations and project co-ordination and client liaison.
